1. Shipping and Delivery

We ship your orders via selected transporters to Europe. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and transporter schedules.

2. Complaints and Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We are committed to resolving any issues related to product defects or shipping damages. How to handle complaints:

• Damaged Products: Please send us photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will work with our transporter partners to investigate and provide a replacement or refund.
• Incorrect Products: If you receive the wrong item, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided production or shipping has not started. After this period, cancellation is not possible due to the nature of our products and shipping process.
